Education is the basic necessity for the survival of mankind. However, not many students get the chance to even complete their scholastic education. Schools in rural parts of the state have seen students dropout for various reasons, such as financial issues, lack of proper infrastructure, children falling sick, to name a few. However, another major reason observed for the increase in the number of dropouts is the drop in enthusiasm for studying in these children. Various factors contribute to this decrease, one of which is lack of nutritional food.

As we all know that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body, the converse also stands true. Studies have shown that lack of nutrients in our body can result in degeneration of the human brain, thus leading to an increase in apathy towards any activity, for example, studying. The population in rural areas does not have a proper idea about the nutritional value of every food item, which poses this problem of children losing interest in studying and results in them dropping out of schools. To eradicate this problem, the HWCT team provides food rich in nutrients to these children, as this will help them fight ailments and make their body and mind healthy.

Our team understands the necessity of proper nutritional valued food and aims to make every child fit and healthy. Our main goal is to ensure that no child in the world should be deprived of basic formal education and every one of them gets the education they deserve. Thus, we wish to help fulfil the dreams of every child who hopes to reach for the stars.
